Joe has experience in all facets of mortgage and tax lien foreclosures. He represents financial institutions, real estate developers and mortgage servicers in matters involving mortgage and tax lien foreclosure litigation, and plaintiff's negligence litigation. Mr. Abt concentrates his practice in various commercial litigation and real estate related matters.
Mr. Abt is a member of the American Bar Association. While in law school, he worked as Director of Landlord-Tenant Operations for the Lefrak Organization.
