Elad Michael

Elad Michael is a dynamic real estate attorney with extensive experience in both real estate transactions and litigation.

Elad’s transactional practice covers a wide range of commercial real estate matters, including leasing and real estate financing (such as mortgages, construction loans, and hard-money lending). He also has a strong litigation background, handling cases in commercial disputes, landlord-tenant issues, foreclosure, and contract disputes.

In addition to his commercial real estate experience, Elad has significant expertise in residential real estate, assisting both first-time homebuyers and seasoned investors in purchasing various properties, from single-family homes to condominiums and cooperative units.

Prior to joining Bronster LLP, Elad practiced at a boutique law firm in Manhattan, specializing in real estate transactions, finance, and litigation. His broad legal expertise also encompasses corporate and securities law, where he advised large and mid-size companies across various industries, including real estate, high-tech, and renewable energy, in both the U.S. and Israel.

While in law school, Elad served as a Staff Editor for the Cardozo Conflict Resolution Journal, where his note, "The Need for Mediation in Internal Whistleblowing Mechanisms," was published in Volume 23.

Elad is fluent in Hebrew.
