Ariella Yomtobian

Ariella Yomtobian is a passionate, dedicated and diligent associate specializing in tax lien foreclosures and real estate transactions. Ms. Yomtobian represents lenders, financial institutions and servicers through every aspect of the foreclosure process, from commencement through redemption, sale, or other disposition.

Ms. Yomtobian earned her law degree from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law and graduated magna cum laude from Stern College for Women, Yeshiva University with a B.A. in psychology and minor in business. During law school, Ms. Yomtobian showcased her leadership skills by serving as the president of the Family Law Society and as a student mediator for Cardozo’s Divorce Mediation Clinic. She conducted mediations with clients seeking divorce at the New York Supreme Court.

While pursuing her undergraduate studies, Ms. Yomtobian was President of the Jacob Hecht Pre-Law Society and Forensic Psychology Society. Upon graduation, she was awarded the Susan R. Wertentheil Memorial Award for a Prospective Law Student in recognition of her academic excellence.

Ms. Yomtobian’s past work encompasses areas such as family law, employment law, labor law, mediation, and a New York Supreme Court internship. She is proficient in Farsi and conversational in Hebrew and Spanish.
